1. Trekking/Expeditions are highly dangerous sports & hence require extreme fitness & endurance. If anyone is found medically unfit by the trek leader, then the candidate will not be allowed to proceed further under any circumstances.

2. If the participant is found unfit, then no refund will be initiated in any form. Also, the cost involved for that participant to return will be on an individual basis.

3. If anyone during the activity gets injured or leads to death/demise, then the organization bears no responsibility for the same.

4. If anyone required urgent medical attention or medical rescue other than the basic facility provided by the organization while being on the field, then the individual is responsible for bearing the added cost.

5. It is mandatory to purchase Adventure Insurance prior to the start of the adventure activity if not opted via the organization.

6. If the activity is cancelled/called off due to unforeseen or out of control circumstances that includes natural calamities, weather, man-made obstructions like road closure, repairing work & other circumstances that have no communication issued prior to 72hrs for natural calamity & 7days for other circumstances in public domain, then there will be no issue of refund by the organization.

7. As per the Policy of the organization, if anyone found indulging into smoking, Alcohol consumption, fighting, invading anyones privacy, harassment then strict action will be taken against that individual/group of individuals.

8. There can be unforeseen weather circumstances due to which there can be a lot of commotion. It is advised to be mentally prepared for the same. Due to extreme weather conditions, equipment like sleeping bags and tents might get wet or torn apart. Considering the situation, the trek leader is authorized to take the decision keeping everyones safety as a paramount.

9. During the activity, the luggage/offloading is done with the help of local available assets like porter, mules, yaks. Sometimes, the mules/yaks tend to slip & that might lead to loss of luggage or essentials present inside the luggage. It is therefore advised to not carry anything valuable that might cost a fortune. The organization bears no responsibility during these unprecedented circumstances & is not liable to pay any compensation.
