To travel / trek or be a part of activities organized by/with us, it is mandatory to have adventure insurance before the departure of the specified activity. This applies to all the Indian Nationals & International Travelers/participants.
To initiate a booking process, you are required to visit our website, or you can directly call/text/e- mail us at support@trekaholics.com or +91-8826302797. You can also book through a registered travel agent/agency. The visitor or the participant must have attained legal age to book any activity/trek/expeditions with us. The visitor or the participant must be fit & sound to understand and adhere to all the guidelines/instructions mentioned on the website or communicated in any form by us. Both the Indian Nationals & International travelers/visitors/participants must comply with all the rules & regulations defined by the Govt. Department & mentioned in the policies by us. It is also mandatory for all the nationals to pay the fixed/mandatory amount pertaining to permits defined by concerned Govt. Departments/authorities which are non-refundable in nature. Any booking initiated by any registered travel agent/agency is solely responsible for all the communications to the visitors or the participants or the party concerned. We would not be responsible for any refunds/claims/any other vouchers to the participants booking via a travel agent/agency.
The confirmation for the booking will only be done once you have made all the necessary payments & have submitted all the desired documents mentioned in clause 6. Without the payment the booking will be deemed as reserved/booked seat/slots. A proper receipt will be sent to you marking as the reserve status for your desired activity. Alternatively, you can view the status in your profile section post creation of your profile on our website.
The Company reserves the right to the payment process & can change it based on your experience of further modifications. The prices mentioned on the website as maintained by us and are subject to change/alter on the need that may arise at the discretion of the company/stakeholders. The discounts & offers mentioned on the website or on any page of the website are temporary in nature & can be removed/altered at our discretion. We hold all the rights to cancel the discounts & offers for any event/trek/activity organized by us. However, a proper timely intimation will be made prior making changes to the above-mentioned.
For making payment for the specified activity/trek/expedition, you are required to Book/reserve the slots/seats based on the availability on the website. Once you have booked/reserved the slot/seat, you will receive confirmation from us via official communication channels. Further details pertaining to payment will be communicated after reserving your slot/seat via the official communication.
We reserve all the rights for allowing or restricting you to make any payment in Installments. Based on our parameters, we will decide if you are eligible for Installments and how many installments are allowed. If you are making payments in installments, then it is your duty to complete the installments in due time as communicated in advance from the company. In case you fail to complete the payments, or the installments plan we reserve the right to cancel/alter your booking. The refund rules, terms & conditions will be as mentioned in clause 4.2.(a).
In case of making Partial/half payment, you are advised to pay the entire amount before the start of the activity as scheduled by us or as mentioned on the website. In the event of failure to pay the entire amount before the prescribed time as mentioned in clause 4.1.(f), we reserve the right to cancel/alter your booking. The refund rules, terms & conditions will be as mentioned in clause 4.2.(a).

a. If the group doesnt have a minimum number of participants as provided for the specific trek/activity/expedition, then we hold all the right to cancel/re-schedule. The confirmation for which will be provided 72hrs prior to the start of the event/activity. For refund refer to section 4 sub-section 4.2.(a).
b. If anyone is found medically unfit by the trek leader, then the candidate will not be allowed to proceed further under any circumstances. For refund refer to section 4 sub-section 4.2.(b).
c. If the activity is cancelled/called off due to unforeseen or out of control circumstances that includes natural calamities, weather, man-made obstructions like road closure, repairing work & other circumstances that have no communication issued prior to 72hrs for natural calamity & 7days for other circumstances in public domain. For refund refer to section 4 sub-section 4.2.(c).
d. If you are found indulging into smoking, Alcohol consumption, fighting, invading anyone’s privacy, harassment then strict action will be taken against you. Following into this category will lead to cancellation of the onward journey.
e. If case, if you fail to complete the payment of all Installments or failure to make pending payment as per clause 3.2.
f. If you fail to pay the entire amount 14 days (about 2 weeks) prior to the scheduled activity/event as per clause 3.3.
a. If the booking is canceled by the company due to circumstances mentioned in clause 3.2 & 3.3, then no refund will be made by us. The already paid installment amount will be kept as cost of operations incurred by us. Under special circumstances, the refund (if made) will be in the form of a voucher that can be utilized by you within the next 1 year from the date of booking.
b. If the booking is canceled by the company due to circumstances mentioned in clause 4.1.(b). then no refund will be made by us.
a. If the cancellation is done 15 days (about 2 weeks) before the start of the event/activity/trek/expedition, then no refund will be made available by us.

If the cancellation is done 15-30 days (about 2-4 weeks) prior to the start of the event/activity/trek/expedition, then 50% worth of the cost incurred excluding transaction & transportation charges will be refunded in the form of voucher & will be credited that can be used within next 2 years from the date of booking.
c. If the cancellation is done more than 30 days (about a month) prior to the start of event/activity/trek/expedition, then 100% worth of the cost incurred excluding transaction & transportation charges will be refunded in the form of voucher & will be credited that can be used within next 2 years from the date of booking.
d. No cash refund will be initiated in case of booking cancellation done by the participant.
